I finally got back on the bike after the last 2 weeks. I sure can tell that I have not been riding and to top that I have not been eating like I should. The weight is back up some and my fitness is down from where I was. I ended up doing 38 miles. Not too bad I guess. I wanted to ride more, but my knee was really starting to hurt. I figured that I would stop so I would not hurt it too much.
